Q: What programs do you offer?

A: 21-Day Fitness Challenge with group workouts, nutrition guidance, and accountability. And 1:1 coaching, custom meal plans.

A: Complete the sign-up form on the website, select your goal from the dropdown, and submit your deposit to secure your spot. You’ll be added to the WhatsApp group within 48-72 hours before the start day of the challenge.

A: Beginners to advance. All workouts include modifications for different fitness levels.

A: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 6:00pm via Zoom.

Workouts & Equipment
Q: What equipment do I need?

A: A yoga mat, a pair of light/medium dumbbells. Bodyweight options are provided if you have no equipment.

A: 45-60 minutes including warm-up and cool-down.

A: Live via Zoom.

A: Yes. I cue low impact and lower intensity options for every exercise.

Nutrition & Meal Plans
Q: Do I get a nutrition plan with the challenge?

A: Yes—your challenge includes a practical meal guide with portions, grocery lists, and swaps (seafood-free options available).

A: Yes. I provide a bariatric modification with portion guidance, protein goals, and texture-appropriate options.

A: I offer substitutions for common needs (gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian). Tell me in your intake form.

A: Yes—personalized targets are available for 1:1 and can be added to the challenge at checkout.

Results & Expectations
Q: What results can I expect in 21 days?

A: Most clients notice better energy, improved consistency, and visible toning. Weight change varies by starting point, adherence, and sleep/stress.

A: Progress photos (front/side/back), measurements (waist/hips), and weekly check-ins. I share a simple guide for posing and lighting.

A: You’ll keep access to the program for the remaining of the challenge period.

Accountability & Community
Q: How does the WhatsApp group work?

A: You get daily reminders, mini daily challenges, and a space to ask questions. I check in with the group and answer questions on training and nutrition.

A: Group support is included. 1:1 messaging or calls can be added.

Payments & Policies
Q: How much does the 21-Day Challenge cost?

A: $129. A $50 deposit secures your spot.

A: Zelle (347-375-0768) and Cash App (mper05).

A: The $50 deposit is non-refundable.

Safety & Readiness
Q: Do I need to be cleared by a doctor?

A: If you have any medical conditions, recent surgeries, pregnancy/postpartum concerns, or are under care for a condition, please consult your healthcare provider before starting.

A: Yes—please note it on your intake form. I provide low-impact alternatives and core-safe options.

Tech & Access
Q: How do I access live classes?

A: You’ll receive a Zoom link after enrollment and in the WhatsApp group.

A: You can re-join with the same link. If you miss the start, jump in at your pace.

After the Challenge
Q: What happens after 21 days?

A: You can continue with month-to-month coaching, join the next challenge, or upgrade to a custom program.

A: Absolutely—many clients repeat for momentum and progressive results.

Privacy
Q: Are my photos and measurements private?

A: Yes. Your check-ins are confidential. With your explicit permission, I may share anonymized transformations.

Scheduling & Changes
Q: What if a class is rescheduled?
